These Terms govern your use of the TEDx Oconomowoc website operated by TEDx Oconomowoc.

Independent TEDx event

TEDx Oconomowoc is an independently organized TEDx event operated under a license from TED Conferences, LLC. TED Conferences, LLC does not own, operate, process payments for, or assume responsibility for this website or event.

Website information

We attempt to keep website information accurate and current, but event dates, speakers, schedules, venues, programming, and other details may change.

Support payments

Support payments are governed by our Support Payment and Refund Policy. By submitting a payment, you confirm that:

• You are authorized to use the selected payment method;
• The information you provide is accurate;
• You understand the nature of the payment;
• You understand that it is not currently represented as a tax-deductible charitable donation; and
• You agree to the applicable refund terms.

Tickets

Support payments do not constitute ticket purchases. Tickets must be purchased separately through the designated ticket seller. Ticket purchases are subject to the ticket seller’s terms and applicable refund requirements.

Intellectual property

TED, TEDx, TEDx Oconomowoc, and related marks are owned by TED Conferences, LLC or used under license. Other website content may be owned by us or used with permission. No content may be copied, distributed, or commercially used without authorization from the applicable rights holder.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or use it for unlawful purposes.

Third-party services

The website may link to or use third-party services, including Stripe and ticketing providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices.
